This location is good but the bakery is always slacking. I went to get a pre made cake for my son birthday yesterday and there was barely any out, the one they had out I asked the lady working in the area (bakery) could she write happy birthday on it and she said she wasn’t trained. I also asked could she do another cake that was out (cookies and cream) she said no they can’t open those cakes. I asked was any coming out anytime soon she said tomorrow. I was disappointed since I had rode past Publix to get my son a “Target” cake since we had had one before and it was good. I understand that things happen and maybe not a big variety of Premade cakes but to have someone not trained to do something that is advertised is 🥲. I know target is not a big grocery store but don’t have a bakery if bakery services can’t be offered. 🥲🥲
Brought a cake anyway since didn’t want to make another stop, and cake was severely dry. So disappointed
The Target employee at the self checkout was so friendly, helping and polite! She approach customers with a smile on her face and it showed how much she loves her job. She was very engaged and professional! I wish all employees would provide customer service like her!!
The customer service department was rude. I placed a Drive Up order and received the wrong type of Dapple soap. I didn’t request to replace this item either on the app. A few days later, I went back to the store and spoke with a woman at Customer Service and requested for a refund. The woman had a huge attitude about it. I truly didn’t understand the reason for the attitude since I received the wrong item. Won’t be returning to this store again.
Excellent Super Target and Starbucks location. Spacious and clean store with many departments. The team was helpful in locating Fruit by the Foot and other small items we were looking for. The Starbucks is fast and has good service.

I accidentally ordered a bathroom runner in black instead of blue like the other rugs. Target took it back no problem at all. In & out in 2 minutes. Awesome!

One employee saved your reputation.
I counted almost 30 checkout stations last night, but there was only 1 employee working as cashier. The lines were VERY long, and customers were starting to get visibly frustrated (including myself). After all, why is a multi-billion dollar corporation unable to find a few more people to work these 30 checkout stations?
However, that 1 employee (LORENZO), deserves recognition because he was doing an incredible job. He was working extremely quick, yet he remained calm with a smile on his face. He was extremely professional and kind and thanked each customer for their paitence.
This was likely difficult to do- as one customer directed her rage about the checkout situation toward him unfairly (he was the only customer service rep in sight). Yet, he remained friendly, jovial, and quick the whole time. If Target is smart, they will do all they can to retain this outstandingly competent employee who remedied the evening for so many of its customers.
This review is for the deli snack bar area. If you'll see the pictures attached they were taken just before lunch around 11:30 a.m.. how in the world could you not have multiple items cooked and ready? No pizzas, no pretzels and a few hot dogs. A number of people in ine waiting for them to cook the pizzas and other items. If you're going to do something do it right. To management please direct your staff to have items ready around lunch for the busy crowd so people don't have to wait. (turtle dpeed and clearly didnt care) We love shopping here but a little common sense in this department would go a long way.
Target has superior service in their drive up option. It is super convenient, and the associates bring my items to my car quickly. They are always extremely friendly when they deliver.
